The Downtown Office Tower represents one of our most ambitious commercial projects to date. Working closely with Metro Development Corp, we delivered a 25-story Class A office building that has become a landmark in Toronto’s financial district.

Project Challenges

The downtown location presented unique logistical challenges:

Sustainable Features

We incorporated numerous green building features to achieve LEED Gold certification:
